Only one service from "CellOne"

Yes! only one service from CellOne!! that is no service. CellOne has become the junkest service in India. Even though it is popular and signal is available everywhere, it is not recommended for several reasons.

1. Ur fone detects full signal almost everywhere, but connection quality is poor. Ur call may get disconnected at any time. U will unnecessarily run into paying for what you do not use. Let me repeat, this happens all the time.
2. It is expensive. For prepaid users, u r charged around 1.20/- per call maxi, where as other providers charge as mini as 49/-. Per month maitenance is very cheap/negligible with other providers. For BSNL, u have to spend 350+ at least.
3. Call center support is a hell. If u have some doubts on some issues, better dont call them. They themselves dont know!! When i called them for GPRS stuff, they gave 3 different tariffs 3 times i called them. There was no rental for prepaid users, but some idiot was saying it as 50/- per month. GPRS activation has run me into hell two weeks back. It says my GPRS is activated, it sends some profiles, but it wont work. I spent a lot of time figuring out the problems. They dont send u complete gprs profile onto ur fone OR what they send wont work. They wont give u the complete procedure to be followed. Above all, u get "Data center not available" error most of the times.
4. Connecting to call center will be a nightmare for u. I called at least 30 times to get the success. They repeat only one non-sense voice which says "Ur call is important to us..", but after 1 minute, ur call gets disconnected automatically. This happens repeatedly until luck hugs u!!
   
5. The only plus with cellone is cheaper roaming charges.

I took 1 year card for 3k. I will go for another service immediately my talktime is over.

Yes! Its NOT about the bike..!!

At last I finished reading the book Lance Armstrong's Its not about the Bike: My Journey Back to Life few weeks back. Reading the book itself was a Tour De France for me. It took at least 2 months to finish. I used to read the book only during travels: either my 30-45 min. journey to my office daily in cab OR to my native place every couple of weeks.
It is inspiring to find Lance getting benefited from Cancer!! The most valuable paragraph from the book is: "If you ask me to choose between a cancer or winning Tour De France, I will choose cancer. ..." We need tonnes of courage and some divine characteristics to learn and draw something from miserable situations of life.

Let my first blog be about the great Guru whose teachings I love a lot. I first came to know about this great soul from His famous book Autobiography of a Yogi. To be honest, this book was more than the BhagavathGeetha to me thanks to lot of things I learnt from it. I learnt what great things one can achieve by constant, regular practice of meditation and other dhyana techniques. I hope this book should be your first reading in your who am I? search. But read the book with devotion, with all-positive-and-no-negative attitude. Read till the end without any -ve questions and doubts. Then only you can realize how much powerful this book can be for you.
I joined in Yogoda Satanga Society of India Lessons (http://yssofindia.org/index.htm) almost immediately. I am fully motivated to read the lessons and follow everything present. I was little bit on right track when I was at IITM, but thanks to natural human's inertia-towards-good-things, I have been doing it only partially (not doing at all, to be frank) after getting job. But I hope to come up and go back onto the track soon. I have Gurujee's blessings towards my efforts!.
